🚚 1. Shipping Policy & Costs

We ship our cute toys and apparel collections across India.

• Free Shipping: All orders qualify for FREE standard delivery automatically! No minimum order limit required.
• Dispatch Timeline: Most packages are packed and handed over to our delivery partner (e.g. Delhivery) within 24 hours of booking confirmation.

📅 2. Delivery Estimates

Standard transit timeline is between 10 to 15 business days for metros and up to 20 business days for regional towns. You can trace progress dynamically via the Order Tracking page using your unique Order ID.

🔄 3. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you and your child to love our products! If you are not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the items must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Accompanying all tags, bubble wraps, or certifications intact.
• For safety and hygiene, skincare items (shampoo, soap, lotions) are only returnable if they arrive damaged or defective.

💰 4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our Kottayam hub, we will approve the refund. The refund amount is automatically credited back to your original source of payment ( Razorpay transaction account) within 5-7 business days.

✖️ 5. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Simply contact customer support or raise a cancellation request. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled; however, you can reject the delivery or request a return after receipt.
